1. Task
We are at your side from the very beginning to define and determine the scope of the task. For every single job, we make one of our project managers available to you.
2. Idea
We contribute to the co-operative development of your idea with our many years of experience.
3. Development
You want precision right from the start. That's why we work with:
- state-of-the-art 3D CAD
- Pro-E, Catia V5 or Autodesk Inventor
- simulation in Pro-Engineer
- in-house trained staff
- CAD synchronization by EDI
- online access to databases of:
- information centers
- recognized development suppliers
- institutions, universities, engineering offices
4. Prototype
We have our own team of developers for the production of prototypes. As soon as all details have been finalized, the prototype is produced within one week.
5. Toolmaking
Special tools are developed and designed in a separate division with over 30 members of staff. Our highly-skilled offspring is trained in our in-house training facility.
6. Production
We ensure highest adaptability during production and maximum flexibility concerning quantity as well as expertise in joining technology and functional surface engineering (in Löningen). Added to that, Graepel has an in-house galvanizing shop (in Seehausen). On request, we also produce with your tools.
7. Just in Time
Just-in-time delivery of the product is made possible through:
- order processing and data transfer
by EDI - use of a reliable carrier company
- additional use of further certified carriers
