Supply Chain Security
The supplier makes the necessary organisational arrangements, particularly in the areas of physical protection, business partner, personnel and information security, packaging and transport, in order to ensure supply chain security in accordance with the requirements of relevant internationally recognized initiatives based on the WCO SAFE Framework of Standards (e.g. AEO, C-TPAT). He protects his goods and services to Friedrich Graepel AG, Löningen, or to third parties designated by Friedrich Graepel AG, Löningen, from unauthorized access and manipulation. For such goods and services, he uses only reliable employees and obligates any subcontractors to take corresponding measures. If the supplier fails to comply with these obligations, Friedrich Graepel AG, Löningen is entitled to withdraw from the contract or to terminate the agreement, without prejudice to further claims. If the remediation of the breach of duty is possible, this right may only be exercised following the passing of a reasonable period for remedying the breach of duty without the expected results.
