Position Summary

The main purpose of the Manufacturing Analyst is the collection, analysis and provision of financial information about all company activities that will assist management, its shareholders and other users in making educated economic decisions about the company.

Essential Functions Statements 

    • Collect and analyze data and provide regular reports for management analysis to include KPIs, sales, contribution margin analysis, capacity, time studies, monthly P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow.
    • Extensive experience using Microsoft Excel, reporting software as well as Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) to develop reports.
    • Analyze and evaluate inventory movements on a monthly basis.
    • Assist with physical inventory count and analysis.
    • Maintain cost distribution sheets in order to provide basis data for cost and price calculations.
    • Collaborate with the Graepel Group Controlling department in Germany to implement and ensure the consistent collection, analysis and provision of financial reports and agreed key performance indicators.
    • Forecast and plan for budgets and prognoses.
    • Collaborate with the accounting department for the accurate and timely dissemination of financial management reports such as financial statements and budgets.
    • Assist Production and Supply Chain by analyzing and improving internal logistic processes in order to enhance and improve material flow and production processes with the objective to reduce inventory in the supply chain.
    • Support IT Department with projects and initiatives.
    • Support auditors with annual financial audit.
    • Participate in a wide variety of special projects and compile a variety of special reports.
    • Conform with and abide by all regulations, policies, work procedures and instructions.
    • Work a regular schedule determined by supervisory management.
    • Perform other duties as assigned by supervisory personnel.


    Position Qualifications


    • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university in Accounting or Finance preferred.



    • A minimum of 5 years’ experience in small and medium sized companies ideally in manufacturing in a rapid-growth environment.
    • Minimum of 3-5 years of hands on accounting experience
    • Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience with Excel
    • Experience with MRP/ERP systems.
    • Strong analytical skills.
    • Ability to communicate in German preferred


    Computer Skills:

    • Experience using MS Office Suite, Business Management Software, and accounting software preferably QuickBooks
