Graepel has once again successfully completed the IATF 16949 audit at its Headquarters in Germany. The globally active manufacturer of sheet metal products has once again confirmed its high level of expertise as a reliable supplier to the automotive industry. The international IATF 16949 standard combines the requirements of common quality management systems and focuses on error prevention, process stability and continuous improvement.
"The aim of IATF 16949 is to develop a quality management system for the automotive industry that provides for continuous improvement. This includes avoiding errors in advance, increasing the efficiency of the supply chain and permanently improving processes," explains David Riesner, Head of Quality Management at Graepel.
