Marie-Christin Maier took over as Managing Director of Graepel GmbH and Graepel Süd GmbH on August 1, 2025. She will lead the sales company, which was recently established at the beginning of 2025 and which takes over and further expands central sales acitivies.
Marie-Christin Maier began her professional career with a dual study program at the RENK Group in Rheine. There, she gained extensive experience in the construction of industrial and marine gear units as well as in projects in the field of wind gear units.
Marie-Christin Maier has been with KTR Systems GmbH, a global manufacturer of drive components based in Rheine with over 1,100 employees, since 2014. She has held various key positions in innovation management, product management, and international sales, and completed her Master of Engineering degree at Osnabrück University of Applied Sciences part-time while working. Most recently, she was the international industry manager responsible for construction machinery and agricultural technology.

Felix Graepel, who together with his brother Carlo Graepel is a member of the board of Friedrich Graepel AG, adds: “We are delighted to have Marie-Christin Maier join Graepel as our new Managing Director. She brings technical expertise, entrepreneurial vision, and international experience to the table.
