Graepel-Stabil

The edged contour of the Graepel-Stabil has a C profile. The surface is characterized by 45 mm long, upward-facing, olive-shaped openings with serrated edges. The profile height is 9 mm and the open cross-section is approx. 50 %. Despite its large displacement space and high drainage effect, this embossment blocks objects exceeding a size of 15 mm. (A ball ≥ 15 mm in diameter cannot fall through) Graepel-Stabil has been certified as having the highest slip resistance in its class. Due to the high embossment, the grating surface of the Graepel-Stabil has an exceptional transverse structural rigidity. This makes perforated field widths of up to 886 mm possible.
This type of embossment is universally used for safety gratings on surfaces, walkways, and platforms. The Graepel-Stabil is designed for outdoor applications because the slip resistance is little affected by snow and slush. The use of Graepel-Stabil is recommended in the field of renewable energies as well as in the onshore and offshore sectors.
Steps and ladder rungs are also available using the Graepel-Stabil embossment design.
