The Graepel-60-Stabil rung is 60 mm wide and 30 mm high. The perforation corresponds to that of the Graepel-Stabil embossment and features olive-shaped holes, 45 mm long that are facing upwards, with a serrated edge. The profile height is 13 mm. Despite its large displacement space and high drainage effect, this embossment blocks objects exceeding a size of 15 mm. (A ball ≥ 15 mm in diameter cannot fall through)

The front side is beveled inwards by 7 mm. This rung is offered with a fixed measure of 500 mm (including a jog for clearance of 452 mm between the individual spars) for being welded to a pillar (d = 48 mm).

This rung complies with DIN EN ISO 18799 -1.

2. Graepel-Stabil 90°

In this variant, the Graepel-Stabil embossing is rotated by 90 °. This makes it possible to offer the ladder rung not only with a fixed dimension of 500 mm (with notch for clear stile spacing 451.6 mm) for welding to a pipe (d = 48 mm), but also as bar stock of 1,980 mm length without notch, the can be cut individually.
