Graepel-Stabil spiral staircase step
The Graepel-Stabil weld-in spiral stairway step is made of raw steel (DD 11) and is suitable for use in industrial areas subject to high volumes of mud and dirt. The spiral staircase step can be welded to a central pipe by the customer. It is designed for a uniformly distributed load of 5 kN/m² and a concentrated load of 1.5 kN for 200 x 200 mm.
The surface is characterized by 45 mm long, upward-facing, olive-shaped openings with serrated edges and an embossment height of 13 mm. The open cross-section is approx. 50 %. Despite its large displacement space and high drainage effect, this embossment blocks objects exceeding a size of 15 mm. (A ball ≥ 15 mm in diameter cannot fall through)
The material thickness is 2.5 mm. The perforation or embossment runs parallel to the stair’s nosing. The corners are not welded. The spiral staircase step can be supplied with a left- or right-hand turn, for different stair radii, and different center support column diameters.
