Graepel-Stabil spiral stairway step

The Graepel-Stabil spiral staircase step with welded step tube can be directly attached to the center support column. Made of steel (DD 11) and then hot-dip galvanized, the step is suitable for applications in the industrial sector. It is designed for a uniformly distributed load of 5 kN/m² and a concentrated load of 1.5 kN for 200 x 200 mm and complies with the DIN EN ISO 1461 standard. The delivery includes the step stud with screws.

The surface is characterized by 45 mm long, upward-facing, olive-shaped openings with serrated edges and an embossment height of 13 mm. The open cross-section is approx. 50 %. Despite its large displacement space and high drainage effect, this embossment blocks objects exceeding a size of 15 mm. (A ball ≥ 15 mm in diameter cannot fall through)

The material thickness is 2.5 mm. The perforation or embossment runs parallel to the stair’s nosing. The corners are welded. The spiral staircase step can be supplied with a left- or right-hand turn, for different stair radii, and different center support column diameters.
