Spiral stairway step Graepel-Rubber Stud

The Graepel-Rubber Stud spiral stairway step with welded step tube can be directly attached to the center support column. Made of steel (DD 11) and then hot-dip galvanized, the step is suitable for applications in the industrial sector. It is designed for a uniformly distributed load of 5 kN/m² and a concentrated load of 1.5 kN for 200 x 200 mm and complies with the DIN EN ISO 1461 standard. The delivery includes the step stud with screws.

The surface consists predominantly of rubber studs. These provide slip resistance and sound insulation, making walking on these steps very quiet. The rubber studs (standard color is black) are supplied separately and must be inserted by the customer using a mallet. Red rubber studs are also available on request, for example in order to visually highlight the step's edges.

The material thickness is 2.5 mm. The perforation or embossment runs parallel to the stair’s nosing. The corners are welded. The spiral staircase step can be supplied with a left- or right-hand turn, for different stair radii, and different center support column diameters.
