Spiral stairway step Graepel-Universal

The Graepel-Universal spiral stairway step with welded step tube can be directly attached to the center support column. Made of steel (DD 11) and then hot-dip galvanized, the step is suitable for applications in the industrial sector. It is designed for a uniformly distributed load of 5 kN/m² and a concentrated load of 1.5 kN for 200 x 200 mm and complies with the DIN EN ISO 1461 standard. The delivery includes the step stud with screws.

The surface is characterized by upward-facing perforations (d = 7 mm) and downward-facing perforations (d = 14 mm). The open cross-section is approx. 19 %. This step offers an attractive perforation pattern and features excellent anti-slip values, a great displacement space as well as good drainage properties. The perforated nosing prevents slipping from the step’s edge

The material thickness is 2.5 mm. The perforation or embossment runs parallel to the stair’s nosing. The corners are welded. The spiral staircase step can be supplied with a left- or right-hand turn, for different stair radii, and different center support column diameters.
