Graepel-Stabil step

The Graepel-Stabil straight step is ideal for use in industrial areas subject to a high volume of mud and dirt. It is designed for a uniformly distributed load of 5 kN/m² and a concentrated load of 1.5 kN for 200 x 200 mm. The surface is characterized by 45 mm long, upward-facing, olive-shaped openings with serrated edges and an embossment height of 13 mm. The open cross-section is approx. 50 %. Despite its large displacement space and high drainage effect, this embossment blocks objects exceeding a size of 15 mm. (A ball ≥ 15 mm in diameter cannot fall through)

The standard version of this step is supplied in hot-dip galvanized steel (DD 11) with welded nosing. Other materials and dimensions on request.
